Corporate Gifting Terms & Conditions

These Corporate Gifting Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through The Body Shop Australia’s Corporate Gifting program. By placing a corporate order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility 

Corporate orders are available to businesses, organisations, and groups seeking to purchase products for employee gifting, client rewards, event gifting, or other approved non-resale purposes. Minimum order values may apply and will be advised upon enquiry. A valid ABN is required to verify the business and complete the account setup. 

2. Purpose of Purchase 

All products purchased through our Corporate Gifting program are for the sole purpose of gifting and must not be resold, distributed for profit, or used for promotional resale. The Body Shop Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline orders that we believe do not meet this requirement.

3. Order Placement and Confirmation 

All corporate orders must be placed through our Corporate Gifting team. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. A confirmation of the order will be issued upon payment.

4. Pricing and Payment 

All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. Acceptable payment methods include:  
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, The Body Shop gift cards and The Body Shop e-gift cards. We do not accept debit cards, cheques or money orders.

5. Delivery 

Delivery times will vary depending on the size and nature of your order and will be confirmed at the time of order placement. While we aim to meet estimated delivery windows, we do not accept liability for any delay caused by factors outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds 

Due to the nature of corporate orders, returns and refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please notify our Corporate Gifting team within 7 days of receipt if there are any issues with your order. We do not accept returns for change of mind on corporate orders.

7. Product Availability and Substitution 

From time to time, certain products may become unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives or provide a refund for the unavailable items. Substitutions will only be made with your prior approval.

8. Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, The Body Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from corporate orders, including delays or errors in delivery.

9. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The version in effect at the time of order placement will apply to that order.
