Can I get an update on my order?

If you are looking for an update on your order, you can find your tracking numbers in the dispatch email. You can see how your order is progressing by going to my account after logging in and reviewing your ORDERS.

"The Body Shop currently uses Australia Post. You can choose between Standard or Express.

Standard delivery takes 3 - 5 working days to be delivered. Express Delivery is also available and will be delivered in 1-2 days or 1-5 days for orders to QLD, WA, and NT.

How do I place a click & collect order?

Simply shop online as usual and add your favourite products to your bag. At checkout, select Click & Collect as your delivery option and choose your preferred The Body Shop store. If all items are available at that location, your order will be prepared and you’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s ready to collect

When will my click & collect order be ready for collection?

If all items in your order are in stock at your selected store, our team will endeavour to prepare your order within 1 business day. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready to collect. During peak periods, Click & Collect orders may experience slight delays.

Can I cancel my click & collect order?

Please contact us at customercare@thebodyshop.com.au and we can assist with cancelling your click & collect order.

What is the online returns policy?

We believe strongly in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are disappointed in any way; or should you receive damaged or faulty product; or receive an incorrect order please contact us within 30 days of purchase. All refunds will be made by method of payment, excluding delivery costs. We cannot accept returns on Gift Cards.

Return to store

Goods purchased online may be returned to stores. If you are returning to a store please make sure you have the confirmation email with you. If this document is not presented the store will not be able to process your refund for you.

Return via post

You may return goods by contacting the Customer Care, who will advise you on how to return your goods via post and issue you a return form.

The following information will be required when returning your goods:

  1. Confirmation Email containing your Transaction Reference Number
  2. Delivery Documentation containing your Delivery Number
  3. List and description of goods to be returned
  4. Reason given for returning goods
  5. If returning goods by post please also include completed returns form.

Receipts showing any return charges if you are claiming a full refund for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered goods

When returning the goods by post please note:

  • It may take up to 10 days for your parcel to reach us
  • Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt
  • Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit
  • You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance

What shipping do you offer?

Standard Delivery

We offer standard delivery at a flat fee of AU$8.95 (incl.GST). Orders over $79 in product value will be delivered free of shipping charge and sent via our standard delivery service.

Express Delivery

We offer express delivery at a flat fee of AU$14.95 (incl.GST) except orders to Queensland, Western Australia, and Northern Territory at a flat fee of AU$15.95 (incl.GST). Please select your preferred delivery option at checkout.
