I purchased in-store but was not able to redeem my points?
We are currently going through an upgrade of all our systems which impacts some services including earning points and redeeming vouchers in-store. We apologise for any inconvenience.
In the meantime, all in-store purchases will require you to upload your receipt in order to earn points.
Please note: In-store point redemption will be paused for six months, so you won’t be able to use your points for purchases in-store during this time.
How do I upload my in-store receipt?
Go to the Love Your Body Club™ page, hit the ‘in-store purchase’ button and upload your receipt. Simple!
Please note: You have up to 30 days after your in-store purchase to upload any valid receipts. Verification of each receipt and points upload may take up to 48 hours.
What is the online returns policy?
We believe strongly in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are disappointed in any way; or should you receive damaged or faulty product; or receive an incorrect order please contact us within 30 days of purchase. All refunds will be made by method of payment, excluding delivery costs. We cannot accept returns on Gift Cards.
Return to store
Goods purchased online may be returned to stores. If you are returning to a store please make sure you have the confirmation email with you. If this document is not presented the store will not be able to process your refund for you.
Return via post
You may return goods by contacting the Customer Care, who will advise you on how to return your goods via post and issue you a return form.
The following information will be required when returning your goods:
- Confirmation Email containing your Transaction Reference Number
- Delivery Documentation containing your Delivery Number
- List and description of goods to be returned
- Reason given for returning goods
- If returning goods by post please also include completed returns form.
Receipts showing any return charges if you are claiming a full refund for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered goods
When returning the goods by post please note:
- It may take up to 10 days for your parcel to reach us
- Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt
- Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit
- You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance
Do you sell gift cards?
Gift Cards are currently unavailable for purchase in store or online as we work to enhance your experience. We appreciate your patience and look forward to offering them soon!
Can I get an update on my order?
If you are looking for an update on your order, you can find your tracking numbers in the dispatch email. You can see how your order is progressing by going to my account after logging in and reviewing your ORDERS.
"The Body Shop currently uses Australia Post. You can choose between Standard or Express.
Standard delivery takes 3 - 5 working days to be delivered. Express Delivery is also available and will be delivered in 1-2 days or 1-5 days for orders to QLD, WA, and NT.

Can I click and collect?
Currently, Click and Collect is not available online. We're actively working to improve this service and enhance your shopping experience. Stay tuned for updates!
What shipping do you offer?
Standard Delivery
We offer standard delivery at a flat fee of AU$8.95 (incl.GST). Orders over $79 in product value will be delivered free of shipping charge and sent via our standard delivery service.
Express Delivery
We offer express delivery at a flat fee of AU$14.95 (incl.GST) except orders to Queensland, Western Australia, and Northern Territory at a flat fee of AU$15.95 (incl.GST). Please select your preferred delivery option at checkout.
