Once you’ve signed up in-store, this will automatically register you with an online account. There’s no need to create a second account. Just sign in online with the same email address and they will both automatically link – couldn’t be easier!

Recently, we went through an upgrade of all our systems which impacts some services including earning points and redeeming vouchers in-store. You can still redeem your points for all in-store purchases made up to 18 September. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to upload your receipt through the online portal. 

Great news! Points will automatically apply to your account for all in-store purchases made from 19 September. Make sure to always log in to your account by providing your email to the staff member at checkout. 

Please note: You will now be able to redeem points for purchases in-store from 19 September. 

Scroll back up to ‘ways to earn’, hit the ‘in-store purchase’ button and upload your receipt. Simple! 

Please note: You have up to 30 days after your in-store purchase to upload any valid receipts. Verification of each receipt and points upload may take up to 48 hours. 

Any Love Your Body™ Club and birthday rewards can be redeemed online and in-store.

No, points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards. Points are only awarded when gift cards are redeemed.

No need to worry! We’ve extended the expiry date for all your points to December 31, 2025. This gives you plenty of time to redeem your vouchers, and your current balance will remain intact unless redeemed online.  

Additionally, you can continue to earn points for online purchases as usual. 

Once you have accumulated enough points to receive a voucher, it will be available to use by clicking on the ‘Use your rewards’ within the ‘Spend Gifts & Rewards’ section when you are on the payment page of the checkout. 

Top Tip: Avoid adding your code to the promo box on the cart page – wait a little longer and redeem on the payment page instead. And remember, vouchers are valid until 31st December this year while we move through this transition.

You’re eligible to receive a $10 reward (sent to you via email on your birthday and will be available in your account) if you’ve provided us with your date of birth. You can redeem your birthday reward to any product online and in-store. 

Birthday reward vouchers are valid until 31st December this year while we move through our system transition. To redeem your birthday reward voucher online, follow step 2 – all of your available rewards will be there for you to select. To redeem in-store, simply let the staff know you have a birthday reward. Easy!  

Currently, you are able to apply up to three loyalty rewards in one transaction (300 points = $15 total). Along with this, you can also apply your birthday reward or another coupon code on top. Happy shopping!
