Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards are available for purchase both online and in-store.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Gift cards are redeemed at the checkout by selecting "apply gift card" and entering your gift card number and PIN.
If your gift card does not have a PIN, enter it in the discount code field.
Gift cards can also be redeemed in our stores.
How can I check my gift card balance?
You can check your gift card balance by entering your gift card number and PIN above.
If your gift card does not have a PIN, you can click the link in your confirmation email to check the balance of your Gift Card.
What happens if I don’t use the full balance in one go?
Any unused balance will remain on the card and can be used for future purchases until the expiry date.
Do The Body Shop Gift Cards expire?
Yes, The Body Shop Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
