Our Subscription program makes it easy to keep your favourite products stocked, without having to reorder each time. When you choose to “subscribe”, your selected products will be automatically delivered to you on a schedule that suits you.
You can choose how often you’d like to receive your products, whether that’s every few weeks or months, so it fits seamlessly into your routine. Subscription orders are processed automatically, so you’ll never run out of the products you love.
As a subscriber, you’ll also enjoy complimentary shipping on every subscription order.
To keep things flexible, you’ll have access to your own customer portal where you can easily manage your subscription at any time. From here, you can skip an order, reschedule your delivery, update your products or details, or cancel whenever you need.

We know everyone shops a little differently, so we offer flexible ways to enjoy your favourite products.
Subscription: When you subscribe, your chosen products are automatically delivered to you on a schedule that suits your routine. It’s perfect for everyday essentials you never want to run out of.
As a subscriber, you’ll also enjoy added benefit of complimentary shipping on every subscription order. Plus, you can easily manage your deliveries at any time through your customer portal, whether that’s skipping, rescheduling or updating your products.
One-time purchase: A one-time purchase is a single order, with no ongoing commitment. It’s a great way to try something new or stock up when you need it.
If you fall in love with your product, you can always switch to a subscription later to enjoy added convenience and perks.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your online customer account and the subscription portal.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your active subscription and make changes such as:
- Skip an upcoming order
- Change your next order date
- Update your payment method
- Update your shipping address
- Change your delivery frequency
- Add, remove or swap eligible products
- Cancel your subscription
Can I skip an upcoming delivery?
Yes, you can skip an upcoming delivery through your subscription portal.
Log in to your account, open your subscription, then select the option to skip your next order. Your subscription will continue again from the following scheduled delivery.
This is a great option if you still have enough product at home and don’t need your next delivery just yet.
What payment methods do you offer for subscriptions?
When setting up a subscription, the available payment methods will be shown clearly at checkout. We currently accept credit cards and PayPal for all subscription orders.
As subscriptions are billed automatically, payment options may differ from those offered for one-off purchases, and Afterpay is not available for subscriptions.
Will I get Love Your Body™ Club points for my subscription orders?
If you are logged into your Love Your Body™ Club account and your subscription order is eligible, you should earn LYBC points on your subscription purchase.
Points are usually awarded once your order has been processed.
