"Growing up in the 90s, The Body Shop was the place for natural beauty products so I was thrilled to see that you're still up and running, even if I hadn't seen a Body Shop Store in Montreal in decades. I happily bought the charcoal mask which was very inexpensive compared to other similar natural beauty brands and I can't use it because (drum roll) it's too gross. The colour, texture, scent everything. Feel on my face just revolting. I have used AHAVA Dead Sea minerals, Umbrian Clay from Fresh, Taste and even pure clay from the Ionian Seabed and this is the most unacceptably revolting product out there. It works but what gives? Spa days at home are supposed to be an indulgence and a treat. It didn't even have a seal under the cap but I went forth anyway. I doubt very much this is the work of competitors sabotaging your product. Sorry but jeez."
