"Have been buying this for well over a decade. The new formula is HORRIBLE. It was the best hand cream ever and I was actually so so upset to find it’s changed. Unfortunately I won’t be buying again and it was the only product I’d buy from body shop! Sadly will have to look elsewhere."

"I love this hand cream but hate the packaging it now comes in. The previous tubes were similar tova toothpaste tube and easy to use. The current packaging makes it really difficult to squeeze out and the tube gets squashed and crumpled up. Not sure why it changed but please go back to your original tubes."
"Love how the cream is like sealing the moisture on my hands, just make sure you don't wet your hands afterwards cause it'll be so slippery and you will lose your grip lol (tried to open a cold bottle once after putting this on and failed).
