"Have been buying this for well over a decade. The new formula is HORRIBLE. It was the best hand cream ever and I was actually so so upset to find it’s changed. Unfortunately I won’t be buying again and it was the only product I’d buy from body shop! Sadly will have to look elsewhere."

Why did you change the formula?

"The new formula is terrible. The cheap lemon smell reminds me of the hand creams in $2 shops and the protection is equally substandard. . . I am so sorry to have to say goodbye to the best hand cream ever existed and I will miss it dearly. Bring back the old formula please!"

"I genuinely hate the new formula. . it doesn't have any protection, but sadly I haven't been able to find anything to compare to the original. . That was awesome. . I hope if they bring it back I receive a notification. . Finger's X 🤞"

Not happy

"The ingredients have changed and I find that the hemp smell that I used to love is no longer present and can't be smelt. Moisturising properties have also changed. Overall the reason why I used to buy this product has changed."

"I love this hand cream but hate the packaging it now comes in. The previous tubes were similar tova toothpaste tube and easy to use. The current packaging makes it really difficult to squeeze out and the tube gets squashed and crumpled up. Not sure why it changed but please go back to your original tubes."

Hemp to the rescue!

"Love how the cream is like sealing the moisture on my hands, just make sure you don't wet your hands afterwards cause it'll be so slippery and you will lose your grip lol (tried to open a cold bottle once after putting this on and failed). All is amazing, the only downside is the tube packaging, it will get crumpled and if u unlucky it might tear apart"

"I adore this hand cream, it’s a lifesaver for dry hands, however I’ve stopped buying it because of the tube it comes in. It splits down the side and then the remaining product squeezes out the hole or dries up. It’s also really difficult to extract product towards the end of the tube, the tubing is hard to squeeze. Finally, the lid is really fiddle to put back on…especially with greasy hands."

Why change the formula?

"I have been using this for almost a decade but then no mo beeswax in it, it was good back then esp for scarring. Please reformulate to the old one again"
