"This is a watery toner that glides well when dampened with a cotton pad. Although it is fragrance free, it does have a very mild sweet botanical scent which is pleasant. It does take a little time to absorb and while waiting, my skin felt sticky. Once settled, my skin felt soft, hydrated and soothed. It didn't exacerbate my sensitivity."
