1. Start by dampening your hair, then gently massage a walnut-sized amount of the Shea Intense Repair Shampoo into your scalp and hair. Work into a rich lather from root to tip, then rinse thoroughly.
2. Follow with a walnut-sized dollop of the Shea Intense Repair Conditioner applied to damp, cleansed hair. Massage it in from root to tip, comb through with a detangling comb, leave for 1–2 minutes, then rinse well.
3. Once a week, after shampooing, apply a generous amount of the Shea Intense Repair Hair Mask to towel-dried hair from lengths to ends. Comb through to distribute, leave on for 5–10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
