Where’s the instructions?
"I had this sitting around for ages not knowing what to do with it. Body shop, it might help to have instructions on it ie how long to leave on and how much to use! However, I have very broken hair at the moment. I’ve used hair products like Muk and K18 trying to fix it. Instead, I am actually putting this through my hair each morning tor up to 5 days, without using a shampoo. It’s not leaving my hair greasy or heavy. It’s softening my curls and smells lovely. I can already see the improvement in my hair. Hair type: thin, curly, fluffy, blonde to cover greys. Well done Body Shop!"

"I got this as a present last year. I had never heard of a hair mask. I had no idea how to use it because there are no instructions on the packaging. It's still sitting in my drawer unused. The barrier to entry needs to be easier body shop :( please help dum dums like me."
