"Great conditioner, amazing product, does all the right things to my hair, however packaging needs to be improved. Its hard to open, and difficult to squeeze out when the bottle is halfway used. But I keep buying these conditioners because the product is so good but the packaging frustrates me. The packaging is not designed to maximise user experience and its not human centred. Would also love if there was the 400ml option."
